Join us for our launch event

Join us on 4 March to celebrate the launch of this ground-breaking interdisciplinary collaboration.

Our new AI Hub in Generative Models (Gen AI hub) is bringing together industry with some of the UK’s top AI researchers. Backed by the research funder UKRI, we will support collaborations between industry and academia on impactful projects and enterprises relating to Generative AI.

On 4 March we will celebrate the launch of the hub at the Francis Crick Institute, in the heart of London’s Kings Cross Knowledge Quarter.

We will showcase how the activities of AI research talent in our universities are already benefitting science, society and the economy and look at the potential impact of the collaborations we will foster through the hub. You can also hear from some of the brightest thinkers in generative AI from leading UK universities who will be working with the hub over the next four years.

We hope the day will kickstart a range of collaborations that could result in new enterprises, partnerships and generative AI technologies that work better for society. We invite you and your colleagues to be part of this and we would love to hear more about your hopes for these technologies at our launch event.

You can sign up to the event on our event page.

We are grateful for the support of our sponsor the International Council on Environmental Economics and Development (ICEED).
