Online registration is open for a hybrid workshop looking at the development of generative models for large and high-resolution biological datasets.

The workshop takes place on 12 May and you can sign up below to attend the event via Zoom.Talks will start at 9am and you’ll hear from Chris Barnes (University College London) "Generative models for capturing genome dynamics”; Charlotte Bunne (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) "Virtual Cells and Digital Twins: AI in Personalized Medicine"; Francesco Di Giovanni (Valence Labs) "Generative models for describing protein dynamics", and Diego Oyarzun (University of Edinburgh) “DNA sequence design for synthetic biology".

After lunch we’ll have Sarah Teichmann "Mapping the Human Body One Cell at a Time” (Cambridge University and HCA); Jussi Taipale (Sanger Institute); Jason Hartford (University of Manchester) "Efficient experimental design in the era of foundation models", and Marta Milo (AstraZeneca) "Impact of GenAI in Drug Discovery and Patient Selection” The workshop will finish by 5.30pm.

See Eventbrite for the full agenda and any updates.
